HTML RT Tag

In HTML, the <rt> tag stands for ruby text.

The ruby text is an important component of Ruby Annotation.
The Text indicated using <rt> tag provides pronunciation, translation for East Asian typography.
The <rt> is always used inside <ruby> tag

HTML `<rt>` Tag Syntax and Usage

The <rt> tag requires the start(opening) tag and end(closing) tag. Following is the syntax of the <rt> tag:
